SubMonitor is a global eSIM reseller that provides digital eSIM data plans for travelers. Our service allows you to purchase and activate data plans for use in 200+ countries worldwide. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Promptly update your account information if it changes.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

Pricing. All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable fees. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment methods. We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed via Stripe, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Litecoin, USDT TRC20, and others) processed via Plisio.

Refund policy. Refunds are limited to technical installation errors, non-activation issues unresolved by our support team, and duplicate charges. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, device incompatibility, unused data, partial consumption, or user error.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support@submonitor.net.

You agree not to use our service to:

• Engage in unlawful activity or violate any applicable laws.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize our eSIM plans without authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access our service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our service.
• Use the service for excessive or abusive data consumption that impairs network quality for other users.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure your device is eSIM compatible before making a purchase. We are not responsible for purchases made on incompatible devices.

Plan validity begins upon first network connection in the destination country, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

We work with multiple upstream network providers and cannot guarantee uninterrupted network coverage, specific network speeds, or service during outages, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific eSIM plan giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of SubMonitor or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent payment activity, abusive behavior toward our staff or other customers, or after 12 months of inactivity. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects when the latest changes took effect. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on our site. Continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
